Groundbreaking Ceremony for Block C.II Apartment Building

International Investment and Construction Consulting Company Limited (ICIC) officially partnered with Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company in the Block C2 Apartment Building project in Thu Thiem, acting as the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Fire Protection (FPP) design consultant.

On April 3, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony took place in the residential area south of Mai Chi Tho Street (An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), marking the beginning of the development of a high-end residential project in the Thu Thiem urban area.

The project is planned with a scale of 11 above-ground floors, 3 basement floors, a total floor area of ​​64,476 m², developed according to the model of high-rise apartments combined with commercial and service facilities, aiming for a modern and sustainable living standard.

In its consulting role, ICIC focuses on implementing MEP and fire protection solutions, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with the technical standards of a high-end project.
